On February 27, 2025, Ms. Ou Xiaojuan, Director of the International Marketing Center of Kailong High-Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Kailong High-Tech"), and Ms. Li Bingru, Manager of the International Marketing Center, visited the Belarusian Embassy in China and met with Mr. Sergei Vaitekhovich, Counselor for Trade and Economy. Mr. Vaitekhovich warmly welcomed the delegation and provided professional guidance on Kailong High-Tech’s future collaboration with Belarus. He emphasized Belarus’s robust industrial foundation, its extensive market reach as a member of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), and the strong alignment of Kailong High-Tech’s products with Belarusian market demands.

After understanding Kailong High-Tech’s cooperative intentions, Mr. Vaitekhovich pledged to integrate high-quality local Belarusian enterprises, promote bilateral collaboration, and facilitate reciprocal visits to accelerate project implementation. Director Ou stated that Kailong High-Tech aims to establish long-term partnerships with Belarusian enterprises, leveraging complementary strengths for mutual benefits.

The same day, the delegation also visited China International Engineering Corporation (CMIC) and engaged in in-depth discussions with Ms. Li Xiaoxiao, Representative of CMIC’s Industrial Park Division. Ms. Li provided a detailed update on the China-Belarus Industrial Park, highlighting its status as one of China’s largest and highest-level overseas economic cooperation zones. Located in the Smolevichi District, Minsk Region, the park boasts strategic geographic advantages, advanced transportation networks, and attractive policies driving the growth of machinery manufacturing industrial clusters.

Director Ou presented Kailong High-Tech’s capabilities, noting that its core products are widely used in commercial vehicles, construction machinery, and agricultural equipment. As a national high-tech enterprise, Kailong High-Tech excels in exhaust after-treatment technology, with independent intellectual property rights and partnerships with leading Chinese firms such as Weichai Power, SANY Heavy Industry, Guangxi Yuchai, FAW Jiefang, Dongfeng Motor, CNHTC, and Foton Motor.

Both parties explored collaboration opportunities and agreed that, supported by the China-Belarus Industrial Park platform, Kailong High-Tech’s products could deeply integrate into Belarusian and regional markets. They reaffirmed strong mutual interest in advancing cooperation.

These exchanges mark a new chapter in Kailong High-Tech’s global expansion, positioning it for breakthroughs in international markets, accelerating its globalization strategy, and injecting fresh momentum into China-Belarus collaboration in key sectors.
