The Vehicle and Engine Testing Laboratory is equipped with 15 comprehensive engine test benches and internationally advanced emission testing equipment, including AVL electric dynamometers, Constant Volume Sampling (CVS) full-flow emissions analyzers, particulate analyzers, and particle counters. It meets the development requirements for natural gas, gasoline, and diesel engines (up to 16L displacement) as well as their aftertreatment systems. The facility also features a vehicle chassis dynamometer system with a full-function high/low-temperature environmental chamber and Portable Emissions Measurement System (PEMS) equipment. It possesses comprehensive testing capabilities for vehicle chassis dynamometer testing, high/low-temperature environmental testing (-40°C to 60°C), vehicle thermal management testing, new energy vehicle range/endurance testing, and real-world PEMS testing.
The Comprehensive Performance Testing Laboratory is equipped with environmental chambers, ingress protection (dust/water resistance) test stands, salt spray test stands, tensile and compression testers, air-tightness test rigs, vibration test systems, thermal shock chambers, hydraulic fatigue life test stands, metal elemental analyzers, and NVH testing equipment. It offers end-to-end capabilities across environmental, reliability, noise testing, and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) simulation analysis.
